Hotkeys doesnt work on other languages

Hello. Tell me, please, how to make the hotkeys assigned to numpad work on other (Russian) layouts? On english layout combination "^c" works fine, but on russian it doesnt work.

It may not work at all in hidmacros.
In luamacros you can do anything with lmc_send_input
