alt + UP combination

Hi, I am trying to put a Macros of ALT+UP to use un Premiere Pro
but the code doesnt work I have tried these ones

%UP
%+(UP)
% +(UP)
% + (UP)

and then make anotherone to make DOWN..

Try %{UP}.
If it doesn't work, the only way is luamacros and lmc_send_input
