HID Macros Simply not functioning on certain softwares

As title said, I already set my external keys numpad as function key (F13-F24).

But for some reason it simply doesn't works with apps, like Zoom when I want to change the app shortcut keys. The app just ready my numpad's keyboard original input, not the one that I modified with HID Macros.

My theory was it's maybe something to do with app priorities, but I don't get any result by modifying it.

Is there's a way to make sure that HID Macros input always be sent properly to any software?
