Windows 10 - keyboard sequences not working

I have a problem, when i press the triggering button (numpad keys), nothing happens, even if I have a keyboard sequence typed in. I'm using Windows 10, HIDMacros are in compatibility mode with Windows XP (SP3) and with admin rights. I would also like to combine Left Alt for example with numpad keys, is it possible without writing any scripts?

Sorry, no investigation for HidMacros any more. You can try with LuaMacros, but you need to write some scripts.
