PMDG Help with Switches with covers

Hi guys i am slowly getting the grasp of this stuff and wish to know how i would get a control like Emergency Light Switch to work. As you know it has a cover that has to be opened then a switch can be flicked under that cover to on/off etc. I am thinking its mouse click would someone assist me with the script for this i would appreciate it regards Wayne.
