I would like to use HID macros to remote control two specific functions of an own application.
Therefore I need to substitute "Pg down" and "Pg up" keys sent by a powerpoint presenter via USB-WLAN-Stick with a user defined key. The presenter USB WLAN stick is recognized as HID device in Windows device manager.
I have defined two macros to do that, and everything works fine if I plug in the USB WLAN device before I start HID macros. But when I plug off USB device while running HID macros and I replug it, then it will not work any more until I restart HID macros.
Is there a possibilty to do an automatic refresh of device list periodically inside "HID macros"?
The goal should be that key replacement will work after replugging USB stick without any further user interaction.
Thank you very much for any ideas!

Re: Automatically refresh device list
Hmm, you're right, Hidmacros doesn't support "hot plug" feature.
Noted down as feature request, however I haven't touched HidMacros for quite a long time.
