in administrator hidmacros, does not work in certain programs

hey, so I have it set in hidmacros for when i press the right arrow key it activates F13 intead. It didn't work normally so I tried this script

SendKeysSlow "{F13}", 33



but when I try to use hidmacros in administrator and try to set a hotkey in soundpad (for vine boom) it doesn't register as f13 and it instead registers as the right arrow key.

is there any way I can do this with a second keyboard? or do I have to switch programs man im desperate i want one vine boom macro that wont interfere with my main keyboard

(right now using one keyboard because I want to be sure everything works before i buy a second one) im gonna lose my mind yo imagine the spongebob saying i need it because thats me right now in this moment

yeah when i have soundpad open on my arrow key hid doesn't work at all
