Oh, why don’t you just use a macro recording tool instead? You can just record your keyboard sequences and save it as a macro.

What exactly are you going to use it at?

For me creating a shortcut and placing it in the startup folder worked. Did you try it?

I don't think that's possible. Use the US configuration keyboard.
