Add a second keyboard and use the (example) Q key as F13

Hi all,
I am just new to all of this and I figured out how to select my second keyboard and key. I have figured out how to change what the key outputs for example I have changed the Esc key to write F13 instead of what the Esc key would usually do what waht I want to do is change the Esc so it acts like a F3 key.
(The following is understandable by CS:GO players)
The whole point of this is so I can buy weapons like an AK47 or M4A4 using the Q key on my second keyboard but the Q key actually sends out F13, so in csgo console i would type "bind F13 buy ak47" and when i pressed Q it would buy an ak47.
I hope all of this is understandable to all.
