Do enyone know which variable set to do "gear up/down"? Somethig like "sim/aircraft/gear/gear_up" variable set to 1... I'm not able to find such variable in DataRefs.

now (with Czech VFR project I fly in X-plane much more and realized something can not be controlled by variables. Gear up/down is a good example. Another example is controlling a view - swicthing from chase to 3d cockpit etc.
For such operations there are commands available - the same you assign when you customize controls in X-plane.
To make it short: new version of HIDMacros is on the way where you can send commands to X-plane - from script or directly assign in macro definition.
