Do you have this option now or can you add:
I have two monitors that I play on one with a special name game and study on another one.
For example, I just want send only keyboards event (in random time) not mouse always to that particular game, even if my focus is on the other monitor with other application focused and on my lessons.
Now any Macro players in the net sends the keys to all windows environment.

You should not play games during your study
Anyway, you basically ask to send keys from macro to specific (not active) window. It's not main purpose of luamacros and I don't plan to add it in near future. But technically that should be possible...
