Hid macros is not working when i use powermixer with a midi controller. When I start up hid macros when powermixer is already starded up it gives me the error:"there is not enough memory available for this task. Quit one or more applications to increase memory, and then try a." When I first open hid macros and then powermixer, powermixer gives me the error:"Could not open MIDI device #0."

Is there any way to fix this? Like the option that hid macros doesn't read the data of the MIDI controller?

Unfortunately not. Hidmacros has MIDI input as "experimental feature" and seems it claims the interface exclusively so no other application with MIDI support can run.
As I can not build Himacros any more this won't be changed/fixed.

Is there any other program that i can use to manage macro's for my second keyboard?

Or is it possible to download an older version without midi support?

Luamacros but you need to know how to write lua scripts.
Older version of hidmacros can be found at download page. MIDI was added in 2.3, so try 2.2
