Cant install HIDMacros, get an error, tried redownloading

Hey guys I just downloaded HIDMacros and tried to install it on my Windows 10 HP laptop, but I got an error (photo below) so I redownloaded it, re extracted it and tryed to reinstall it, but I still got the error. Any ideas?

I am not sure, but try to run as administrator in W10 64 bit

Don't feel, it should be at least documented or program should ask for the admin rights itself.
Anyway for the first time you need to run it as admin as it registers some COM objects in windows registry. Then you should be able to run as regular user.
