Main use for this for me is Excel, however, my trigger key is sent to Excel, rather than the action that I'm supposed to be sending, example, I hit "4" and it is supposed to send an "ALT+5", however, only the 4 gets entered in excel. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

And your macro works in other programs? Like notepad?

Yeah, notepad it works just fine, just Excel/Word and Chrome it seems to not work

Same thing with the age of empires 2. Only original keystrokes not from luamacros

Same here. I am thinking of running a vm and dedicating the numpad to it. I also need some coding to pass commands from vm to host. Don't judge it. I am just experimenting.
