I wanted to map teamspeak and mumble push-to-talk keys on the second keyboard.
Mapping deas work when in other apps, but in mumble or teamspeak it shows like original key like those apps are on the lower level than that of luamacros?

If original key is blocked in other application (like notepad) then yes - it's using "lower API" that luamacros cannot block.
