hidmacro doesnt work when i click another program

i use nircmd to sendkey but i cant use it now, not because nircmd not work, but because of of hidmacros doesnt work if i click another program, so i cant use it when it minimaze. any suggestion how to make it work, i use nircmd to mute speaker for test, when i click another program like my browser and it doesnt work,

i almost solved it, it because run application as administrator, if user is different between hidmacros and other, it wont work, please tell me this is how it works, different user make it doesnt work.
it is because for run hidmacros must run as administrator, but i can use HIDmacros_NoFSX_101 that doesnt need to run as administrator, but key {Fxx} only reach F16 , when it F17, invalid key name, for use latest hidmacros i must run all my program as administrator, does it how it works ?, and im late to use administrator for my login windows, now i just must run as administrator for every application i need or i use HIDmacros_NoFSX_101

Sorry, I don't understand problem description.
Generally HidMacros may have problem to run together with applications started "as admin" when hidmacros itself are not started under admin account.
