Sorry I've just figured it out. but it may help others.

Basically create a new Marco > Select run application > paste the path of the folder > add a SPACE and . (Period)
Example: "C:\Users\ABC\Downloads ." must include the " "

This may be a simple question but is it possible to set a key to open a specific folder just like you can get it to run an application?
